Undergraduate course at CIn/UFPE centered on developing a game as a team. Giordano Cabral taught it with Geber Ramalho from 2015.2 to 2018.2, under the code IF793, and again in 2020.2, in remote format. In August 2018, CIn held the first UFPE Game Jam — 48 hours, 50 participants selected for complementary profiles, mentors from the Center — overseen by Geber Ramalho and Giordano Cabral with Kiev Gama (CIn portal, 07/17/2018).

Six editions: 2015.2, 2016.2, 2017.2, 2018.1, and 2018.2, with Geber Ramalho; and 2020.2, without a co-instructor and remote. Classroom holds only the 2020.2 course card; for the others, only email records remain.

Each team writes the Game Design Document, shows the game running at the end of the semester, and goes through an internal 360 evaluation, in which the members themselves record each other's contribution. In 2020.2 the class started with the Unity Learn tutorials, with weekly goals checked in class, then game design and procedural content generation, and per team: game concept with persona and inspiration cards, a five-minute presentation, wireframes of the main screens, and an eight-week roadmap to delivery.
