01 · Technical production
Computer programs registered by Giordano Cabral in the Lattes Curriculum as production of D'Accord Music Software: virtual instrument teachers, chord dictionaries, tuner, score editors, multimedia courses, and iChords, which recognizes chords in audio files. There are 22 registrations, from 2001 to 2019, grouped here into 16 products: the English edition of the same program, sold on the company's international site, is included in the item for the Portuguese version. The programs from 2001 to 2009 were distributed for Windows, by download, on the sites daccord.com.br and daccordmusic.com. The screenshots come from captures of these sites on the Internet Archive.
Virtual teacher for violão, viola, and cavaquinho: shows the song's chords on the neck of a virtual violão, with the lyrics and chord chart. It is the product that gave rise to the company, based on Cabral's master's thesis at CIn/UFPE; version 2.0 in 2007.
Chord and scale dictionary for violão (acoustic guitar) and guitarra (electric guitar): shows each chord on the instrument's neck, plays the sound, transposes, and builds a list for printing. Version 3.0 was sold in Portuguese and, on the international site, as Guitar Chord Dictionary.
Tuner for violão, guitarra, cavaquinho, viola, and bass: picks up the string played through the computer's microphone and indicates whether it is above or below the note. Afinador Virtual is the Portuguese edition (2004; version 3.0 in 2007); Easy Tuner, the English edition (2005).
Multimedia course for beginner violão, with lessons, virtual neck, chord chart, and metronome. Curso de Violão is the Portuguese edition (2005); Guitar Method, the English edition (2007).
Virtual drum teacher: plays MIDI files on a virtual drum kit, with tempo and volume control. Bateria Player is the Portuguese edition (2005); Drums Player, the English edition (2006).
Chord dictionary for keyboard and piano: shows the notes of each chord on the virtual keyboard and plays the sound. Sold on the international site as Keyboard Chord Dictionary.
Virtual keyboard teacher: shows the song's notes on the virtual keyboard, with the lyrics and chord chart. Lattes also registers the Keyboard Player (2007), with the equivalent name in English.
Program that brings together, for guitar, a virtual teacher, chord chart editor, chord dictionary, tuner and metronome. Nominated for the Epsilon Award, from the European Software Conference, and for the Shareware Industry Awards.
Editor and player for chord-charted songs for guitar, with chord dictionary, metronome and tuner, sold on the company's international website.
Open-source score editor, with support for the MusicXML format, distributed free of charge on the company's website.
Multimedia keyboard course with lessons and exercises; the virtual keyboard shows the keys and hand position. Curso de Teclado is the Portuguese-language edition (2008); Keyboard Method is the English-language edition (2009).
Program that opens MP3, WMA and WAV files and shows, on the neck of a virtual guitar and on a keyboard, the chords being played, at three difficulty levels. Awarded as a prototype by Santander in 2006; the 2007 product line already included iChords 1.1, and version 2.0 dates from 2009. In 2019, Lattes lists iChords as an app, which in 2026 is on Google Play as "ichords: cifras em tempo real".
App for Orkut, built with the SomBrasil website: search, registration and sharing of chord charts on the user's profile, with chord diagrams, printing and an online chord dictionary. Lattes dates the program to 2011; the invitation to users has been archived since September 2008. No publicly available image.
Virtual recorder teacher: the notes scroll across the screen toward the virtual recorder, which shows the fingering for each one. Released on August 27, 2009.
02 · Technical production
Games and audio components registered as technical production in Giordano Cabral's Lattes CV between 2008 and 2012, developed at MusiGames Studio, the games unit of D'Accord Music Software at Porto Digital. There are 24 entries, brought together here in 15 products: versions of the same game appear as a single item.
Musical game on a virtual DJ table: the player follows the rhythm of the music with taps and scratch movements, and a missed note stops sounding. Lattes records six versions: Global Edition (released as DJ Nights Global Tour in November 2009, published by Chillingo, with 12 trance and techno tracks and 12 clubs around the world), Julie Thompson (November 2009, with the 11 tracks from the album "Feeling for Corners"), Wii (2009), DWA (2010), Eurodance (2011, 11 eurodance hits from the 1990s, announced in September 2010) and Robbie Rivera (2011). The opening screen carries the title "DJ Nights DWA Eurodance". No public record of a release announcement for the Wii version was found.
Drum game in a "listen and repeat" format: the player faces drummers in 25 battles across eight styles and repeats, on the virtual kit, the phrases played by the opponent. Lattes records five versions: iPhone and iPod touch (June 2009), iPad (Drums Challenge HD, April 2010), Charlie Morgan edition (2010), Nokia phones with Symbian^3 (2011) and a special version (2012). In April 2011, a PlayStation Minis version was announced, with Sanuk Games.
Digital game registered in Lattes in 2009. No public description of the product was found.
Music app for iPhone that assembles funk remixes from phrases recorded by the user on the device. Released in October 2009.
Voice-controlled game for iPhone: the sound the player makes into the microphone works as a weapon. Released in September 2009.
Word game in which letters and numbers appear on a three-column LED panel; the columns shrink and the speed increases with each stage, and the setting indicates the word theme. Released in July 2009, with a free demo version.
Browser-based drum game, with eight rock and metal tracks across four difficulty levels, played with three command keys. Published on the Kongregate portal.
Racing game for iPhone in which the player moves a paper boat by blowing into the microphone and tilting the device. Released in March 2010.
Puzzles built from excerpts of songs in the user's own iTunes library. Released for iPhone in March 2010 and later for iPad.
Shooting game for browsers, with a music soundtrack and 16 difficulty levels split into easy, medium, hard, and insane. Published on the Kongregate portal in 2009.

Game linked to the Rock in Rio festival, registered in Lattes in versions for iOS and Facebook. No public page for the game was found.
Flash rhythm game for the Fijit toy, by Mattel, published on the company's website under the title Fijit Friends Dance Party: the toy dances while the player clicks the notes to the beat of the music, and each level brings another toy from the family and another setting.
Game registered in Lattes in 2012. No public description of the product was found.
Audio engine for games, presented on the studio's website in 2008 as the MusiGames Engine: it extracts audio descriptors (energy, tempo, key) to generate levels from the player's own music and composes an interactive soundtrack based on in-game actions. Developed under the project "Audio API para Novas Mídias" (FINEP, 2009–2012), coordinated by Cabral.
03 · Technical production
Games, portal, animations, and books from the music-education platform Turma do Som, developed by Daccord Music Software S.A. (later Escribo) for the early years of elementary school, with pedagogical consulting by Cecília Cavalieri França. There are 32 programs and 20 teaching materials registered in Giordano Cabral's Lattes curriculum, grouped here by work; versions of the same game form a single item.
Web environment for the platform, organized as a social network for students and teachers, which brings together the games and animated videos in four thematic blocks — sound (timbre), pitch, tempo, and structure — and gives school administrators access data for students and teachers. The May 2012 press kit records 25 games and the commercial launch at the 19th Educar/Educador, in São Paulo.
Sound editor aimed at musical creation, described by the pedagogical consultant in June 2012 as the platform's composition module. Registered in seven versions: Trilho Sonoro and Cidade (2010); Meu Carango, Onomatopeias and Poema (2011); Ascendente e Descendente and DJ Mix (2012).

Student book (38 p., printed) and teacher's manual (120 p.) that accompany the portal and the animated series; the manual includes the lessons planned for the school year. Organized by Cecília Cavalieri França and Giordano Cabral. Turma do Som was a finalist for the 2015 Jabuti Prize, in the Digital Children's Book category.

Computer programs that Giordano Cabral registers in his Lattes CV outside the commercial line of D'Accord and the MusiGames and Turma do Som games: the doctoral dissertation system, audio-monitoring software, educational applications and projects with Daccord Tecnologia and Sony CSL. There are 13 program registrations, from 2008 to 2020, and two technology products, from 2018 and 2019. Two of the programs, the games Slingshot Challenge (2017, with Guilherme Cabral and Samuel Luna Martins) and Star Mines (2018, with Guilherme Cabral), from PsyFun, are already listed in this gallery's research games section. Several items have only a name and year in Lattes; with no public source, they are listed with just that information.
Real-time automatic accompaniment and harmonization system: it follows a melody, possibly improvised, and chooses the harmony from the audio signal. It is the framework of the doctoral dissertation Harmonisation automatique en temps réel (LIP6, 2008), presented at the IEEE International Symposium on Multimedia (Berkeley, 2008), with Jean-Pierre Briot and François Pachet.
Audio-monitoring software that connects microphones to surveillance cameras to detect, classify and locate sounds such as gunshots and explosions. Result of UFRPE's public-safety audio-monitoring projects (CNPq, 2010–2013; FACEPE, 2012–2014). Two versions in Lattes: Audio Alerta (2012) and Audio Alerta para segurança privada (2013). Series of digital music books registered in Lattes in 2011. In May 2012 the Daccord store listed, in the Ebooks section, O melhor de Legião Urbana, the Bossa Nova, Cazuza and Djavan songbooks, and Harmonia e Improvisação I; Lattes does not state whether these are the same titles. Facebook game to prepare for the Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem), launched in July 2012: questions from previous Enem editions and from college-entrance-exam prep teachers, about 3,000, organized into levels with scoring, with a free version limited per day and a paid version. Along with Turma do Som, it was one of two Daccord projects that won the Northeast stage of the 2012 Finep Innovation Award, Small Business category. No publicly available image.

Database of Brazilian music created by Daccord. The company states, on its institutional page, that the database "is used in the Flow Machines project," an AI-based music composition project of the Sony Computer Science Laboratory in Paris.
Acoustic guitar with LEDs on the neck that indicate the notes and chords to play, with sensors that capture the performance and software that gives feedback to the student. It is the product of two patents filed by Daccord Tecnologia with INPI on April 20, 2017 (BR 10 2017 008307 1 and BR 10 2017 008296 2) and the subject of Eduardo Santos Silva's doctoral thesis (PPGCC/UFPE, 2022), advised by Cabral. The Lattes link leads to Daccord's presentation video at Finep Startup 2017.
