A Senior Manager of the Pervasive Computing Solutions group at IBM Thomas J Watson Research Center.

She is responsible for the creation of emerging applications in the areas of wireless technology, pervasive devices, and their seamless integration in business environments. She has contributed to the design of industry benchmarks in the area of decision support, made contributions to Parallel Query Processing Systems and Intelligent Miner products, and coauthored several papers and patents. Ms.

Viveros holds an MS degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Her research areas include context aware computing, data management for mobile computing, unified messaging, business applications, data mining.
