He graduated from
Karlsruhe, Germany, with a degree in Computer Science (1988-1993) and
got his PHD from the same University.
From june 1996 to may 1997, he studied for his post doctorship in Upsala
University's Department of Computer Systems, Switzerland.
Since 1997 he is a researcher for the Institute of Telematics in Karlsruhe
and since 1999 is an associate professor at the École de Technologie Superieure
(ETS) of the Université du Québec, Canada.
His research areas are Quality of Service (QoS) for Multimedia communications
and Suport for Mobility.
