Project Collaborators Publications ContactWe deliver tools that automatize the generation of axioms from the processing of heterogeneous ontologies and databases from the biomedical domain. The intended usage of integrativO is to enable the extraction of Description Logics (DL) -based axioms from similar data. integrativO is composed by three components: ontological interpretation of data, semi-automated ontology-based data integration, and case-based reasoning.
