Mapping Ethernet CoS to ATM QoS

To study how standards such as IEEE´s 802.1p and IETF´s IP ToS can set class-of-service (CoS) priorities for LAN-based applications, working under QoS in ATM signaling. For example RECIFE-ATM Network,  will be an ATM network with LAN backbone and MAN, needing to map CoS settings to the quality-of-service(QoS) features in ATM signaling.

To study how tools management can  help these tasks, monitoring switches routers, NIC´s, at the receiver´s desktop."
