There are many issues to consider when choosing, evaluating and purchasing software tools. This course will look at the issues and particularise them to the specific area of software test tools. How such tools are used to establish the integrity and functionality of general classes of software will be demonstrated.
The types of claim which can be made after the use of such tools will be discussed in the context of their industrial use.
