Born in  Salvador (Bahia) - Brazil, Liana Barachisio is a computer scientist graduated at Ruy Barbosa College (FRB) and M.Sc. Candidate in Computer Science at  Federal University of Pernambuco in the Software Engineering area. She is a RiSE Group member. She has been working as a System Engineer at C.E.S.A.R and performing research and innovation in software reuse area, specially in the tools support area
